For registrations in any category of the Technoxian Bangladesh (TxBd), if for any reason you wish to cancel your registration within 7-10 working days after payment, you will be refunded the registration fee. Even if you have paid the registration fee for a category and wish to cancel the registration, your registration fee will be refunded within the same 7-10 working days.
If you notice any issues after registration or receive incorrect information, or in the event of selecting the wrong team members, please contact us in writing. In such cases, we will prioritize email communication. For minor issues, you can also contact us by phone or via Facebook inbox.
If, for any reason, the Technoxian Bangladesh (TxBd) organizers cancel the registration in a specific category, your registration fee will be refunded within 7-10 working days. However, you will have the opportunity to re-register.

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your registration in any category after payment, we offer a refund policy. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- If you choose to cancel your registration within 7-10 business days after registration payment, the registration fee for that category will be refunded.
- Even if a participant has paid the registration fee for a category and still wishes to cancel their registration, the registration fee for that category will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
- If a particular category's registration is canceled by the Technoxian Bangladesh (TxBd) for any reason, the registration fee for that category will be refunded within 7-10 business days. In case of cancellation, participants will also have the opportunity to re-register.
Delivery Time:
Confirmation of participation in a specific category will be confirmed by completing the registration process within 7 business days of the payment. Please verify your participation status under the category's status in your dashboard. Only the team leader is required to register for team categories. No individual registration is required for other team members, but they must create their profiles.
Registration Verification:
To participate in any category, each participant is required to register themselves. After online registration, participants will need to verify their email IDs. After verification, participants can choose which categories they wish to register for.
Cancellation of Registration:
In the event of the cancellation of registration in any category, it is essential to inform us in writing. For minor issues, participants may contact us via phone or Facebook inbox.
