The Business Case competition at Technoxian Bangladesh stands as an exciting challenge aimed at leveraging the realms of Robotics and Automation to solve real-world business problems innovatively. This competition serves as a platform for participants to demonstrate their analytical skills, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making abilities, specifically tailored for the Robotics and Automation industry.

This competition initiates with an online case study, presenting participating teams with a business scenario embedded in the Robotics and Automation sector, providing a unique problem to solve. Teams are tasked with analyzing the case, crafting innovative solutions, and submitting a concise abstract within a specified timeframe. Distinguished judges will review the abstract submissions, advancing top teams to the next stage of the competition based on their innovative approaches.

Selected teams will be given the opportunity to present their solutions during Technoxian Bangladesh's main event. Each team will deliver a compelling presentation, elucidating their problem-solving methodologies, in-depth analysis, and proposed solutions within the Robotics and Automation industry. Expert judges will evaluate presentations, considering clarity, coherence, feasibility of implementation, and effective communication of ideas.

Ultimately, the judges will select the winner and runners-up based on the creativity, feasibility, and innovative solutions offered within the Robotics and Automation context. Rules and Regulations:

Eligibility:

The Business Case competition is open to registered participants of the Business Case segment of Technoxian Bangladesh (TxBd).

Participants can form teams with a maximum of 5 members. (Mix institution is allowed)

Participants must comply with the overall rules and regulations of Technoxian Bangladesh (TxBd).

Online Abstract Submission:

Participating teams must submit their abstracts within the specified time frame.

The abstract should present a comprehensive solution to the given business case.

The abstract should adhere to the pdf format and word limit is 400 words.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Presentation:

Selected teams will be invited to present their solutions at the event day of Technoxian Bangladesh (TxBd).

Each team will be given a 8 min time limit (5 min presentation and 3min Q/A) to present their solutions and answer questions from the judges.

Teams should ensure that their presentations are well-structured, coherent, and effectively communicate their ideas.

Judging Criteria:

Presentations will be evaluated based on criteria such as problem-solving approach, analysis, feasibility of solutions, and presentation delivery.

The judges’ decisions will be final and cannot be appealed.

Participants will be notified of the results according to the event schedule.

Code of Conduct:

Participants must adhere to the event’s code of conduct, which prohibits any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior.

Plagiarism or the use of copyrighted material without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification.

Disqualification:

Participants may be disqualified if they fail to comply with the rules and regulations stated in this rule book or exhibit any unsportsmanlike conduct.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant/team found in violation of the rules.
